Message from the President

Those who know me, understand the Friends of the Library Bookstore is one of my ‘happy places’. I always looked forward to my Monday shift; it was a wonderful way to start my week. As the new President of Friends of the Lodi Public Library, I am so grateful for our strong and devoted Board. This is a creative group and everyone is looking for ways to continue to back the Library and our community during this time. So as we patiently wait for the library to reopen, know that we are planning and inventing new ways to pursue our Mission. We will continue to support the Library and seek to promote its welfare. Once open, we will resume funding programs for children, teens and adults; for staff development; and for various services, equipment and furniture requested by the Library.
